Our team of certified housing consultants and placement specialists comprehensively assess clients to understand the individual, personal preferences, needs and educate on the appropriate housing options that match the clients needs and suits their budget. RHS only contracts with Care Homes and facilities that meet the highest standard of excellence. All of our placement options have been carefully screened and validated to ensure safety, healthy and caring environments. We are available to accompany the referred client/ family on guided tours of the communities. Once the individual/ family has selected the perfect match we help facilitate the move to make the transition as smooth as possible

REACH Housing Solutions welcomes inquiries from adults and seniors of any age in need of housing, care homes, resources and other supportive services related to housing and care. We serve adults, seniors, veterans, homeless, low income individuals, people dealing with mental illness, physical handicaps, other disabilities and those in need of Home Health, Hospice Care or In – Home Care services

We can provide referrals to all relevant resources including available benefits, Medicare, Medi-Cal, moving assistance, medical supplies, pharmacy needs, transportation, Home Health, Hospice Care, In – Home Care and other supportive services.
