Interim Housing
Temporary, short-term housing that provides stability, basic needs, and connection to ongoing support. Interim Housing offers an immediate, short-term solution for individuals experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis. It provides a safe and supportive environment while residents work with case managers to plan next steps, such as accessing mental health support, obtaining benefits, and securing long-term housing

Transitional Housing
A stepping stone for individuals moving from crisis to stability. This time-limited housing program helps individuals move from crisis situations to more stable, independent living. Transitional Housing includes supportive services such as goal-oriented case management, life skills training, referrals for mental health and substance use treatment, and assistance with employment or educational/vocational opportunities. Stays typically range from 6 to 24 months, during which residents receive comprehensive support to prepare for independent living

Independent Living
Empowering individuals to live independently with minimal ongoing support. Independent Living is designed for individuals who are ready to manage daily responsibilities on their own. Residents live in their own unit or a shared/private room and maintain optional access to supportive services. This is an ideal affordable housing option for those seeking autonomy while still having access to occasional guidance when needed.

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
Long-term housing with wraparound services for individuals with higher needs. PSH combines stable, long-term housing with comprehensive support services, including medical care, mental health services, and substance use treatment. This program is tailored for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness or living with disabilities. PSH is not time-limited and is designed to promote housing stability and long-term wellness.
